Served with firm wheat noodles, tender pork chashu, earthy wood ear mushrooms, soft boiled egg, spring onions, and seasoned bamboo shoots. Finished with mixed sesame, furikake rice seasoning, and a drizzle of mayu (black garlic oil) for a bold, smokey kick.

Stovetop Method

Open the packet.

Pour contents into a pot .

Cover with lideand turn heat to medium.

Open the packet.

Place contents in a microwave-safe bowl.
